Ergosecure 19" x 2 ½" Foam Keyboard Front Wrist Rest. The contoured height is ½" to 2 7/8". It is covered with lycra. This wrist rest helps reduce static load on the upper limbs and neck while working, helping the wrists remain in a neutral position.
