This kit is for one Forearm only. ERGOREST Forearm Support with Mouse Tray including a long cushion, all in beige color. The Ergorest arm support is made of cast steel and comes with a long cushion and a mouse pad that can be positioned at your convenience. This support reduces muscle fatigue, irregular blood circulation, pain and numbness, which helps prevent carpal tunnel syndrome, hydroma (bursitis), tendonitis, back pain and etc. It is adjustable in height, horizontally and adapts to most workstations.
