This kit is for one Forearm only. ERGOREST Forearm Support with Short Pad, all in black. This Ergorest arm support is made of cast steel and comes with a short pad. This support reduces muscle fatigue, irregular blood circulation, pain and numbness, which helps prevent carpal tunnel syndrome, hydroma (bursitis), tendonitis, back pain and etc. It is adjustable in height, horizontally and fits most workstations.
